What you can contact the CCP about:
- If codes of conduct are not being followed
- Concern about a child or young person
- If you have a problem yourself and don't know who to discuss it with
- Sounding board/advice for trainers and coaches on, for example, a child's behavior
What you should go to the CCP for:
- Situation or suspicion of the code of conduct not being followed
- Suspicion or knowledge that a DBD member has been physically or sexually abused. Even if this happens outside the club.
What does the CCP do:
- Clarifying the problem, advising, mediating, and coordinating.
Confidentiality:
- The CCP does nothing without the consent of the person involved, and in special cases does nothing without the person involved being informed.
Rules of conduct
- We believe agreements about how we treat one another are important, because everyone should be able to feel comfortable and safe.
- This is only possible if you respect one another's dignity and treat each other with respect.
- This means that within our club, we consider all forms of unequal treatment such as bullying, abuse of power, discriminatory, racist, sexist, or (sexually) intimidating behavior or remarks, or inciting such behavior, to be unacceptable.
- All volunteers must provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
Where do we train?
Our club uses the cozy ZIB Zwemcentrum Best swimming center for our training sessions, located at Jacob van Wassenaerstraat 70 in Best. Feel free to stop by for a trial training session!
